About Me

I'm Lucía and this practice comes from a very personal story.

At 18, I underwent spinal cord surgery that confronted me with the possibility of never walking again. Rehabilitation led me to Pilates, dance and finally to yoga: first a curiosity, then a calling.

I trained in yoga, meditation, biomechanics and Thai massage, and for over 12 years I've been teaching as an instructor. But above all, I trained in the personal experience of recovering strength and movement from scratch.

Today I share an intense and creative practice that invites you to the pleasure of inhabiting the body. I don't seek magical results. I seek truth.

Online Vinyasa Yoga Classes – practice where and when you want

A way to be close, even at a distance. This space is designed so you can practice dynamic yoga at your own pace, from wherever you are and as many times as you want.

Online Yoga

The classes are vinyasa style, an intense and fluid style, where postures are linked in sequences synchronized with breathing. They are ideal whether you have never practiced yoga, if you want to start with online vinyasa yoga or if you want to deepen your practice from home.

Includes a cycle of introductory classes to familiarize yourself with the style progressively and safely before advancing to regular sequences.

The goal is not perfection, but the balance between effort and comfort, advancing progressively, from listening and consistency. Each class lasts between 40 and 60 minutes and helps you move with presence, even on chaotic or uncertain days. No demands. No external corrections. Just you, your body and the present moment.

In-Person Yoga

For those who need the body close and shared space. I offer private in-person classes in Córdoba, designed to measure what you are needing.

In addition, I propose intensive group practices with a concrete intention, on specific dates that I spread through networks. They are opportunities to move together, breathe at the same rhythm and inhabit the present with other bodies alongside.
